The NWA World Women’s Tag Team Champions changed hands twice on the February 21 episode of NWA Powerrr.
The Renegade Twins (Charlette & Robyn Renegade) won the gold by beating Pretty Empowered (Ella Envy & Kenzie Paige) at NWA Nuff Said on February 11. On Tuesday’s episode of Powerrr, they put the titles on the line against Pretty Empowered 2.0 (Ella Envy & Roxy). The challengers scored the win and kicked off their reign with the gold, but their celebration was quickly cut short.
After the bell, Madi and Missa Kate came to the ring with a referee, and the broadcast team noted that the duo were cashing in the title shot they earned as members of the team that won the champions series. Madi and Missa Kate then won the titles in an impromptu match.
