AEW is loading up the card for the January 13 episode of AEW Rampage.
As announced during AEW Battle of the Belts, Eddie Kingston and Ortiz will take on the Kings of the Black Throne (Malakai Black & Brody Kinf). The House of Black has been targeting Kingston, and Ortiz to a lesser extent, in recent weeks, and the feud is set to come to a head next Friday. In a promo on the January 6 episode, Black brought up his history with Kingston, and after King said Eddie was sick, Julia Hart teased that the faction wants to “help” him.
Plus, Ruby Soho and Willow Nightingale will face Tay Melo and Anna Jay A.S. in a Street Fight. On AEW Dynamite: Winter is Coming, Soho beat Melo in her first match back on TV since Tay broke her nose in September. Melo and Jay A.S. then evened the score by defeating Soho and Willow Nightingale on the December 28 episode of AEW Dynamite.

The card for Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage is as follows:
- Street Fight: Anna Jay A.S. & Tay Melo vs. Ruby Soho & Willow Nightingale
- Eddie Kingston & Ortiz vs. Kings of the Black Throne (Malakai Black & Brody King)
