The stakes have been raised.
On the December 14 episode of AEW Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling added stipulations to the remainder of the best of seven series between The Elite (Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks) and Death Triangle (PAC, Penta Oscuro & Rey Fenix). The two teams will clash in a No Disqualification Match on the December 21 episode of the show. If necessary, the sixth bout will be a Falls Count Anywhere contest. Finally, if the series reaches a seventh match, the teams will collide in a Ladder Match.
Just in case, anybody else missed it, here’s the updated graphic for the best of seven. If necessary, match number six will be a falls count anywhere and match number seven will be a ladder match. pic.twitter.com/htsenjG8PL

The Elite returned to AEW at the Full Gear pay-per-view, where they unsuccessfully challenged Death Triangle for the AEW World Trios Championship. The series was then announced, and Death Triangle took a 2-1 lead. The Elite trimmed the deficit in the third match but Death Triangle took a 3-1 lead on Wednesday night. The winner of the series will be the AEW World Trios Champions; Death Triangle currently hold the gold, but The Elite would dethrone them by winning the series.
