Asuka vs. Rhea Ripley w/Dominik
Ripley pushes Asuka across the ring. Asuka responds with a flurry of strikes. Dropkick by Asuka. Asuka tries an armbar. Ripley fights out of it. Asuka tries a flying armbar, but Ripley blocks it and slams Asuka into the mat. Ripley badmouths Asuka, and she works her over. Ripley tries to Irish whip Asuka, but Asuka turns it into a flying armbar. Ripley eventually escapes.
Asuka hip attacks Ripley into the ring post out on the apron. Lungblower by Asuka. Ripley falls off the apron to the floor. After the break, Ripley tries a merry-go-round suplex, but Asuka reverses it into a small package. Ripley kicks out. Asuka drops Ripley with a head kick. Ripley answers with a kick of her own. Asuka and Ripley trade strikes. Asuka gets a near fall after a series of head kicks.

Asuka knocks Ripley off the apron with a hip attack. Asuka tries to retrieve Ripley, but Dominik gets in her face. Asuka takes a swing at Dominik, but he ducks. Ripley drives Asuka into the apron. Ripley sends Asuka back into the ring and tries Riptide. Asuka reverses it into the Asuka Lock. Dominik pulls Ripley’s foot on the bottom rope. Asuka gets up and spits the mist in Dominik’s face. Ripley grabs Asuka from behind and hits Riptide for the win.

United States Championship Number One Contender’s Match: Bobby Lashley vs. Seth “Freakin” Rollins
Lashley is on Rollins as soon as the bell rings. Lashley sends Rollins out of the ring. Rollins is sent flying into the barricade. Lashley sets up his ring post battering ram, but Rollins escapes. Rollins catches Lashley with a flying knee off the apron. Rollins sets up a Pedigree, but Lashley back body drops him over the top rope. Austin Theory is shown watching the match backstage. Lashley works over Rollins outside the ring. Lashley picks up the ring steps to hit Rollins with them. The referee admonishes Lashley. Lashley drops the steps.
Rollins charges Lashley but ends up getting back body dropped over the barricade. After the break, Lashley gets a near fall after a delayed vertical suplex. Lashley sets Rollins on the top rope. Rollins bites Lashley to knock him off the top. Crossbody by Rollins. Lashley kicks out. Enziguri by Rollins. Both men are down. Rollins sends Lashley out of the ring. Suicide dive by Rollins.

Rollins tries a falcon Arrow. Lashley puts on the brakes and lifts Rollins in the air for a suplex. Rollins knees his way out of the suplex and hits a falcon arrow. Lashley kicks out. Lashley picks up Rollins, and battering rams him into the ring post. Rollins leaps over Lashley’s Spear attempt and rolls him up. Lashley kicks out. Rollins lands a frog splash. Lashley kicks out yet again. Lashley blocks the Stomp. Power slam by Lashley.
Lashley locks Rollins in the Hurt Lock. The referee hops out of the ring to avoid getting whacked by Rollins. Spear by Lashley. There is no referee to count Lashley’s pin attempt. When the referee finally gets in the ring, Rollins has enough to kick out. Lashley tries another Spear, but Rollins counters with a Pedigree for the win.

After the match, Lashley gets in the referee’s face. Another referee runs down to the ring, and Lashley accidentally hits them. Adam Pearce runs down to the ring to try to talk to Lashley. Lashley pushes Pearce into the barricade. Pearce fires Lashley on the spot.
