On December 9, New Japan Pro-Wrestling continued its World Tag League tournament with the eighth night of action from Kochi Prefectural Gymnasium in Kochi, Japan.
Minoru Suzuki, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and other stars competed on the show, which aired on NJPW World.

- Great-O-Khan & Aaron Henare def. Chase Owens & Bad Luck Fale via forfeit; Owens previously pulled out of the tournament.
