WWE Hall of Famer John Bradshaw Layfield will host a “high-stakes” poker tournament on the December 5 episode of WWE RAW.
An advertisement during the December 2 episode of WWE SmackDown confirmed the news. Additional details were not provided. In recent weeks, JBL and Baron Corbin have played poker backstage on RAW. Akira Tozawa defeated the duo in a game on the November 14 episode, and he cost Corbin his match against Drew McIntyre the following week.
The updated card for Monday’s episode of WWE RAW is as follows:
- Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship: The Usos (Jey & Jimmy Uso) vs. Elias & Mat Riddle
- JBL hosts a “high-stakes” poker tournament
