Judge Grants Cain Velasquez Permission To Compete At AAA Event On 12/3

Former UFC and WWE Superstar Cain Velasquez has been given permission to compete at the upcoming Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide event in Arizona on December 3 while on bail.

Cain Velasquez was recently released on $1 million bail while awaiting his upcoming trial for attempted murder.

According to Nolan King of MMA Junkie, a Santa Clara County judge in California ruled this afternoon that Velasquez can travel by plane to Arizona to wrestle for Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide on December 3.

Since being out on bail, Velasquez has been under house confinement restriction, but that will be temporarily waved to compete at this event next month. He will compete at this event without GPS monitoring, but a police officer must accompany him for the upcoming travel and event.

Velasquez’s travel will go from December 1 to 4, and he will not be wearing his monitoring device for the duration of the trip.
