On November 22, New Japan Pro-Wrestling began its World Tag League tournament with the first night of action, which was held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

- Ryohei Oiwa def. Yuto Nakajima
- Great Bash Heel (Togi Makabe & Tomoaki Honma) def. Oskar Leube & Kosei Fujita
- Los Ingobernables de Japon (Hiromu Takahashi, Shingo Takagi & BUSHI) vs. Suzuki-gun (DOUKI, Taichi & El Desperado) ended in a double count out.
- World Tag League 2022: TMDK (Mikey Nicholls & Shane Haste) def. Alex Coughlin & Gabriel Kidd
- World Tag League 2022: Suzuki-gun (Minoru Suzuki & Lance Archer) def. Bullet Club (Chase Owens & Bad Luck Fale)
- World Tag League 2022: Bishamon (YOSHI-HASHI & Hirooki Goto) def. Yujiro Takahashi & EVIL
- World Tag League 2022: United Empire (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis) def. CHAOS (Hiroshi Tanahashi & Toru Yano)
