The last year has been a crazy one for Toni Storm, but she’s thankful that she’s found her passion for professional wrestling once again.
Interim AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm took part in the AEW All Out Media Scrum last night following the pay-per-view. When asked about her transition period from quitting WWE to joining All Elite Wrestling, Storm talked about having to take a leap of faith to find her passion and feel like herself again.
“Yeah, it’s just been a crazy year,” Toni Storm said. “As I was saying before, I had no idea what I was going to do. I found myself in a very strange predicament where I just had to take a leap of faith because I couldn’t continue going on the way things were, so I just had to bet on myself. And it paid off right here. So yeah, it’s been — I just found my passion again, and I’m just really thankful for that. I feel like I’m me again.”
