A new pair of NWA World Tag Team Champions have been crowned during tonight’s NWA 74.
In a match that featured La Rebelion and Hawx Aerie, it was La Rebelion that came away with the win after La Rebelion misted Luke Hawx in the eyes and scored the win via pinfall. Doug Williams — a member of the Commonwealth Connection, the former champions who pulled out due to illness — then appeared and got in the ring and looked like he was squaring up, but he ended up shaking the new champions’ hands instead.
This is La Rebelion’s second title reign as NWA World Tag Team Champions. They also won the titles at NWA 73 and held the titles for 286 days.
