On the August 23 episode of WWE NXT 2.0, Legado Del Fantasma were trying to regroup after Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde lost to The Dyad. The previous week, Tony D’Angelo defeated Legado’s leader, Tony D’Angelo, and due to the stipulation of the match, Escobar was forced to leave NXT. But on Tuesday night, he pulled up in front of his stablemates and asked, “You didn’t think I was going to leave without you, did you?”
He then stated that family stays together, and the group rode off into the night together.
