Ronda Rousey knows what WWE can use her fine money for.
On the August 12 episode of WWE SmackDown, Rousey returned after she was “fined” an undisclosed amount for attacking a referee at WWE SummerSlam. She had a bag of cash with her, and she dumped it out, saying that, “Being the baddest gets expensive, but I can afford it.”
In a post on Instagram, the former SmackDown Women’s Champion told WWE to use her money wisely, and she noted that it could help with the “budget cuts.”
“Use that cash wisely @wwe – Maybe it can help with those “budget cuts”. Bring back some asses for me to kick,” Rousey wrote.
The post is as follows:
WWE has released dozens of talent and other employees since April 2020, and the company has cited “budget cuts” as the reason practically every time. Since Triple H took over as the head of creative, he has brought back some of this released talent, including Karrion Kross, Dexter Lumis, Dakota Kai, and Hit Row.
