Mojo Muhtadi Wants His Talent Agency To Show Wrestlers’ Value And Present Unique Opportunities

The former Mojo Rawley wants to help pro wrestling talent get as many opportunities outside of the ring as they can to maximize their respective brands.

Mojo Muhtadi (fka Mojo Rawley) recently spoke with WrestleZone about starting his Paragon Talent Group and what the ultimate goal of the agency is.

“We just want to do everything for our guys. When you’re with WWE, they take care of everything for you. They handle all your bookings and representation. You can’t have agents; you can’t have managers. So when you get out of WWE, there’s really no one out there to help you out. So with my business background and my business partner,” Mojo explained, “we just wanted to come up with a place where we can protect the talent and ensure they’re getting the rates they deserve but reintroduce the outside world to professional wrestling again. You know how it is everybody used to watch in the Attitude Era, but a lot of people out there stopped watching then. So what our job is, is to reintroduce those people to pro wrestling and show them everybody’s value and just take care of our talent in every way we can. So part of that is conventions like this and get everyone sorted coming up with cool, unique opportunities.”

Mojo Muhtadi appeared at Starrcast with Minikin to create custom 3D figures of fans with himself and Lita. Mojo explained how the process works and says this should be the first of many conventions they do.

“This has been crazy. This has been a really good day so far. Paragon Talent Group, our agency, partnered up with Minikin. We brought Minikin to Starrcast, their first-ever wrestling convention. So what it is, is we have a 3D scanner here, a 3D 360 scanner right here you step in there with the fans, the fans can pick their favorite wrestlers, go in there with chairs, fire extinguishers, any props we got,” Mojo explained, “it does a 3D scan and you can either get a GIF of it, that you can post online or you can actually have custom figurines made. Then they take it a step further. You can put like my head on your body, you know, or your head on my body and mix it all up, but all options over here, and they are pretty cool stuff, man. We’re gonna be doing a lot more of these and all the big conventions coming up.”
