Jax Dane will defend the NWA National Heavyweight Championship at NWA 74.
The promotion has confirmed that Cyon, with Austin Idol in his corner, will challenge for the gold at the first night of the event on August 27.

Cyon earned a shot at the gold by defeating Rodney Mack in a #1 Contender’s Match on the August 2 episode of NWA Powerrr. Dane won the title by beating Anthony Mayweather at the Crockett Cup event on March 20.
