Before the June 29 episode of AEW Dynamite, the company taped the July 1 episode of AEW Rampage from Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.
The spoilers, courtesy of the Wrestling Observer, are as follows:
- Brody King won the Royal Rampage twenty-man battle royal to earn the right to challenge Interim AEW World Champion Jon Moxley for the title.
- AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks defeated Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI in a non-title match.
- Toni Storm defeated Nyla Rose
- After the match, Marina Shafir attacked Storm, but AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa then came out for the save. Storm extended a handshake, and Rosa accepted.
