The Forbidden Door has opened once again.
Buddy Matthews made his Major League Wrestling debut tonight on Fusion in the main event against TJP. The finish of the match saw TJP hit a Mamba Splash on Matthews, which led to a near fall. TJP then rolled Matthews into a heel hook to score a shocking submission victory against the All Elite Wrestling superstar.
This matchup was taped back on January 21 in Dallas. Since then, Buddy Matthews has signed a contract with All Elite Wrestling and has joined The House of Black faction. It’s unlikely you’ll see Matthews pop up in Major League Wrestling again anytime soon.
