Midnight has struck on Karrion Kross‘ 90-day non-compete clause.
In a new vignette, the former NXT Champion, who has returned to his previous moniker, Killer Kross, hinted at his plans for the future. He described how WWE releasing him gave him the freedom he “needed” all along. Kross then offered another tease for the future by saying he has “such sights” to show everyone.
“When they called, they said, ‘We are releasing you,'” said Kross. “And how ironic because they said that to the man who put me away. And at the same time as they were releasing him, it was actually they who released me, which is exactly what I needed the entire time. And now I have such sights to show you. Stay tuned. Tick tock.”

WWE released Kross, a two-time NXT Champion, on November 4 and cited budget cuts as the reason. He debuted on WWE RAW in July, but inconsistent booking and questionable changes to his presentation derailed his main roster run from the start.
Now that he’s a free agent, many fans are excited to see what “sights” Killer Kross has in store.
