Amy Rose Instantly Saw Max The Impaler’s Star Power, They Could Work In Any Division In Ring Of Honor

Amy Rose believes Max The Impaler has a bright future in professional wrestling.

Ring Of Honor star Amy Rose recently spoke with Spencer Love of Love Wrestling and addressed her client’s future in the company once they return later on this year. Amy Rose served as manager for both Max The Impaler and La Facción Ingobernable, and she spoke about how the former stood out as a potential client.

“Max and LFI are very different from each other, but Max definitely drew my attention. The first time I ever saw Max, they just stood out over everyone. Max, to me, instantly just had star power. I felt that there was just something a little bit missing. Max was a little more reserved [and] kind of holding back. By figuring out, ‘hey, if I team up with you, I will bring out the best in you,’ I think that I’ve done that. Max has grown so much from that first time they appeared on Ring of Honor up until now. I think that they are absolutely dominating every single division that they’ve been a part of. So I’m super, super proud and I love working with Max.”

ROH is currently on hiatus right now, but Amy Rose said she wanted to manage Max to a title in one of the company’s men’s divisions.

“Yeah, you know, before everything kind of hit a pause button, I did have a big goal. It was something that I was trying to put into the works and achieve. But, I really enjoy working with Max the Impaler. I think that Max has been incredible throughout this entire run together, and I really wanted to keep breaking barriers. I wanted to show that Max could work in any division. My main goal was to bring Max to a men’s championship.”

Ring Of Honor has been dormant since Final Battle in December, but the company plans to return in April for its annual Supercard Of Honor event.

Amy Rose also spoke with WrestleZone about ROH’s Women’s Division documentary, which you can view at this link.
