Trey Miguel is out, and Chris Sabin is in when it comes to The Wrestling REVOLVER’s “Once Upon a Time in IOWA!” event on January 16.
The promotion announced the news in a tweet on January 12 by noting that Miguel will be unable to compete due to an injury.

On January 10, Miguel, the reigning IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion, tweeted that he’d be meeting with a surgeon the following day. He last wrestle at IMPACT Wrestling Hard To Kill, where he retained his title in a match against Steve Maclin.
Shortly after the tweet about Miguel, The Wrestling REVOLVER posted an update and announced that IMPACT Wrestling veteran Chris Sabin will replace his co-worker on the card.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that Miguel suffered a broken tooth, which is why he pulled out of his appearance at The Wrestling REVOLVER show.
