Update On Kimber Lee And Brandi Lauren’s Status With IMPACT Wrestling

It looked like Kimber Lee and Brandi Lauren were written off of IMPACT Wrestling TV for good, but the pair could still return to the company down the road.

On Saturday, PWInsider.com reported that both Kimber Lee and Brandi Lauren were done with the company after they were written off during an angle with Su Yung on December 30. Kimber Lee disputed the report, noting that she’s still signed with IMPACT and that the report she’s leaving is “100% incorrect info.”

Brandi Lauren also responded to the claims and posted the following, noting that she was always under a per-appearance deal and could return:

I’m per appearance! Just cause I was lightning handed into a Lays potato chip doesn’t mean I won’t be back.

Kimber Lee and Brandi Lauren had been working as the Undead Bridesmaids for Su Yung, who was upset at the pair for being unable to win any matches. Su Yung then made them disappear with red lightning bolts that shot from her hands, but Su then put her hand on her stomach and made a legitimate pregnancy announcement as part of the segment.

Kimber Lee made her debut with IMPACT in May 2020 and later signed a contract with the company in August of that year. She first aligned with then Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo before joining Su Yung in 2021. Brandi Lauren joined IMPACT in August 2021 after spending the previous year under contract with WWE.
