Contract Signing
Wade Barrett is overseeing the contract signing. Barrett introduces Roderick Strong w/Diamond Mine. Bivens grabs a mic and says he hasn’t seen Trick Williams or Carmelo Hayes backstage. Williams and Hayes walk down to the ring. Williams calls Strong the “B” Champion because he isn’t going to be champion for long. Strong says he has no idea what Williams is saying. Bivens says he will translate. Bivens does. Strong asks Bivens to tell Williams that he is going to kick Hayes’ ass. Bivens translates for Strong.
Barrett admits he has no idea what anyone is saying. Barrett asks the champions what they think. Hayes says he’s going to put Strong on a t-shirt. Hayes is taking Strong’s title and there is nothing Strong can do about it. Strong says no matter how much potential Hayes has it’s not going to matter. Strong is going to walk out of New Year’s Evil as the unified champion. Hayes is going to be carried out and will forever be known as “Humble” Hayes. Strong and Hayes sign the contract. Before Williams can leave the ring, Bivens makes a crack about Lumis beating him up last week. Williams gets in Biven’s face. The Creed Brothers spinebuster Williams through a table.
Solo Sikoa vs. Santos Escobar w/Legado del Fantasma
Escobar chops Sikoa. Sikoa shrugs it off. Santos locks in a cobra twist. Sikoa counters with a hip toss. Sikoa floors Escobar with a lariat. Bodyslam followed by a headbutt by Sikoa. Escobar leaves the ring. Sikoa follows and gets distracted by Wilde and Mendoza. After the break, Escobar is working over Sikoa. Sikoa fires up and unloads on Escobar with strike after strike.
Samoan drop by Sikoa. Before Escobar can respond, Sikoa lands a senton. Wilde and Mendoza hop up on the apron. Escobar chop blocks Sikoa. Escobar lands a ranna off the top. Quinn walks down to the ring. Escobar suicide dives into Quinn. Escobar rolls back into the ring and gets superkicked. Sikoa lands a Superfly Splash for the win.

Von Wagner vs. Malik Blade
Blade lands a few shots but gets flapjacked out of his shoes. Robert Stone is watching the match backstage. Blade fires back and lands a few dropkicks. Blade lands a springboard crossbody. Wagner land a complete shot. Blade counters a powerbomb into a roll up. Wagner kicks out. Wagner hits his finish for the win.
Winner- Von Wagner
After the match, Wagner tries to attack Blade but Enofé pulls him out of the ring.
Raquel Gonzalez and Cora Jade vs. Io Shirai and Kay Lee Ray
Jade lands a running knee to Shirai. Gonzalez tags herself in launches Shirai into her own corner to tag in KLR. KLR lands a dive. Shirai follows that with a springboard moonsault, wiping out Gonzalez. After the break, KLR is working over Jade. Jade manages to tag in Gonzalez. Gonzalez clears the ring. Jade tries to take the pin but Gonzalez breaks it up. Gonzalez and Jade argue. KLR rolls up Jade. Gonzalez pushes the pile so Jade ends up on top. Jade gets the three count.
Winners- Raquel Gonzalez and Cora Jade
After the match, Jade and Gonzalez argue. Rose appears on the ‘tron and says this is all going according to her plan.
