ROH Wrestling Results (10/4/21): The Briscoes Compete, Violence Unlimited Open Challenge

Ring of Honor Women’s World Champion Rok-C comes to the ring. “The Prodigy” reflects on her championship victory and says this triumph meant everything to her. Rok-C says everything she ever dreamt of became a reality at ROH Death Before Dishonor, as she has scratched and clawed her way to the top. She promises to defend the title with honor against anyone, anywhere.

The Allure interrupts Rok-C, as Angelina Love and Mandy Leon come to the ring. Leon points out that ROH has had other women’s champions. Love gets in Rok-C’s face and insults her, but Miranda Alize, Trish Adora, Willow, and Allysin Kay come to the ring before the conflict can escalate.

Maria Kanellis Bennett comes to the stage, commends the competitors’ enthusiasm and books two three-way matches. The winners will face off in a match to determine the challenger for the gold at ROH Final Battle.

During a commercial, Alize attacks Rok-C from behind, and Quinn McKay helps “The Prodigy” back to her feet.

Violence Unlimited Open Challenge: Brody King, Chris Dickinson, Homicide and Tony Deppen vs. Danhausen, PCO, Sledge and Demonic Flamita

Danhausen and Homicide start the match and feel each other out. A cutter out of nowhere stuns Homicide, and Danhausen plants him with a suplex. Flamita and Deppen tag in and trade fast-paced offense. Deppen shoves Flamita down and catches him with a dropkick for a two count. Violence Unlimited gangs up on Flamita.

With some kicks, Flamita rallies and tags Sledge. “The Metalhead Maniac” suplexes Dickinson, but Violence Unlimited regains control. King floors Sledge with a series of strikes and double-teams him with Deppen. Dickinson blasts Sledge with some kicks and drops him with a DDT.

Former partners PCO and King tag in and trade blows. PCO powerbombs King for a two count. King plants PCO with a piledriver. “The French Frankenstein” malfunctions and gets on the apron, thinking that King is still his partner. He asks for the tag and gets it before he beats up his own team. King chops PCO, and “The French Frankenstein” goes for the PCO-sault on Sledge. Danhausen tries to get PCO back on track, and King sends the big man to the outside.

Danhausen drops King with a tornado DDT. The “Very Nice, Very Evil” one rallies by himself, but Dickinson catches him with a nasty kick. Deppen drops Flamita with a Destroyer. PCO powerbombs Deppen and blasts Homicide with a lariat. In the end, King plants Sledge with the Gonzo Bomb for the win.

Winners: Violence Unlimited
