The NWA Women’s World Championship Eliminator match between Leyla Hirsh and The Bunny just got a little more interesting.
Mickie James, the executive producer of NWA Empowerrr, has announced that the winner of this bout will challenge for the NWA Women’s World Championship at the event.
Hirsch will face The Bunny this week on AEW Dynamite, and surely the reigning champion, Kamille will be watching with vested interest.

Kamille won the title at NWA’s “When Our Shadows Fall” event in June; she defeated Serena Deeb to win the gold.
AEW and the NWA continue to collaborate; before she signed with Tony Khan’s promotion, Thunder Rosa regularly competed on AEW programming while she was still under contract with the NWA. Deeb had also defended the titles multiple times on AEW shows; most recently, she retained the gold on the May 19 episode of AEW Dynamite against Red Velvet.
