ROH Wrestling Results (4/26/21): Homicide Returns, Violence Unlimited vs. LFI

Beer City Bruiser vs. Joe Keys (ROH Week By Week Exclusive)

The show plays a brief clip of the match, where Bruiser defeated Keys. ROH Dojo students rush to the ring to stop Bruiser from attacking Keys, but Ken Dixon attacks his fellow students. Dixon and Bruiser beat the students up together.

Backstage, Bruiser says Dixon picked up his tab. Dixon says he’s tired of being the basic dojo student. Bruiser explains that he wants to help Dixon make a name for himself.

The Righteous (Bateman, Vita VonStarr and Dutch) come to the ring without Vincent. Bateman says the world keeps moving, and he explains that “this” has been a lesson that hasn’t been learned yet. Bateman says he can still feel Vincent’s influence, even though he’s “gone.” VonStarr reads a note, seemingly from Vincent, saying he’s still there in spirit.

“This is the door to a righteous rebirth,” Bateman says. He points to the strengths of VonStarr and the “inhuman monster” that Dutch is. Bateman says he was born with the devil in him, and the good work goes on.

La Faccion Ingobernable (RUSH, Kenny King and La Bestia del Ring) vs. Violence Unlimited (Homicide, Chris Dickinson, and Brody King)

In a pre-match message, Kenny King discusses LFI’s recent failures and links them to the lack of preparation when Dragon Lee went down with an injury. He sarcastically applauds The Foundation for capitalizing on the situation. King says Violence Unlimited is a bunch of garbage, and he warns that the ultimate power still lies with RUSH. The ROH World Champion says LFI represents the past, present and future.

The match immediately breaks down into a wild brawl. RUSH and Brody King fight at ringside while Dickinson and Kenny King battle in the ring. Violence Unlimited lives up to their name with the chaos all around the ring. RUSH chokes Brody King with a wire.

Homicide dives onto LFI at ringside. The match slows down, and Brody King tags in. The big man clears house. He hits a cannonball in the corner onto RUSH. Dickinson plants RUSH with a Falcon Arrow. The match breaks down again, and Dickinson trades blows with La Bestia del Ring. LFI isolates Dickinson, but King hits Bestia with a chair, so the official calls for the bell.

Winner by disqualification: LFI

RUSH attacks Brody King with a chair. The Foundation comes to ringside and joins the fight to close the show.

In a promo, Tony Deppen vows to run through every division and take every title for pure dominance. Tracy Williams says he’ll work even harder to hold onto his gold and his power; this is about belief. The two men will clash next week for Williams’ ROH World Television  Championship.
