After earning a shot at the IMPACT X Division Championship during No Surrender, Josh Alexander was happy to try and finally get the chance to take the title. Unfortunately, he was unable to do so, as he lost to TJP tonight at IMAPCT Wrestling in a tough match.

In a match that saw Alexander nearly come away with the win thanks to some very key ankle locks, it was TJP who was able to survive long enough to retain his title. Late in the match, TJP was able to counter a few holds by Alexander, and eventually slip underneath a kick and land a big slam to him. Afterwards, TJP got up on the top rope and ended things with a big Mamba Splash that helped him retain the belt.
