Damian Priest On Potentially Working With Bad Bunny At WrestleMania: ‘Sign Me Up Please’

Edge isn’t the only WWE Superstar who had a whirlwind of a week. From eliminating Kane in his debut on the main roster to sharing the ring with musical superstar Bad Bunny, Damian Priest was certainly in the spotlight this past week.

Priest recently spoke with Rick Ucchino of SK Wrestling and reflected on his remarkable first week on the main roster. “The Archer of Infamy” looked back on his memorable first night on WWE RAW, where he joined forces with Bad Bunny.

“Tell me how I should complain about being involved with one of the hottest and the most popular human beings on the planet,” said Priest. “Yeah, sounds good to me. But also like, I love what I do, and I love just being happy and loving life and seeing him do that, I was excited for him. He was so excited and so happy because he’s a huge fan. So for me to see him, you know, his enjoyment made me happy as well.

“He loves this business. So to watch his excitement and how he’s acting and reacting to everything in the back and interacting with people, it’s cool to see.”

Priest also addressed the rumors that Bad Bunny could have a match at WWE WrestleMania 37, which could potentially involve Priest. The former NXT North American Champion emphasized that he doesn’t know anything about the plans for this match, but he stated that he’d excited if it happened.

“[Bad Bunny] is so talented and so determined to achieve what he wants on his terms, that if he wanted to do this, as if he wanted to transition or wanted to wrestle, I’m sure he could achieve it,” said Priest. “And for me, Hell, I don’t care what I’m doing. First of all, I’m just trying to be on WrestleMania. It could be in any way shape or form, and associated with someone like him and his caliber of status in this world, sign me up please.”
