In-Ring Segment: The Street Profits
Dawkins and Ford are here to celebrate New Years Day. Dawkins says 2020 sucked and needed to get the stepping. Ford says 2020 wasn’t all bad. Ford list all of their accomplishments this past year. Dawkins reveals a drum set in the middle of the ring. Ford says they are going to go over their 2021 predictions. Since they predicted Zayn’s championship fate, they obviously have a back for this. In 2021, Ford predicts that since Ziggler can’t help himself but to copy HBK, Ziggler will finally get the well-deserved nickname “The Heartache Kid”.
Robert Roode attacks Dawkins from behind. Ford superkicks Ford. Roode hits Dawkins with a chair and tosses him over the barricade. Roode and Ziggler slam Ford’s knee into the ring post over and over again. Roode hits Ford in the knee with a steel chair. Ford is hurt. Dawkins eventually climbs over the barricade and crawls to Ford. Roode and Ziggler laugh as the tag team champions have been completely decimated.
Backstage, Roode and Ziggler says Ford and Dawkins provoked them. What happened to the Street Profits tonight is on them. They have something Ziggler and Roode want. What they want, what they demand is a rematch for their tag team titles.
