Following their attack on backstage correspondent Quinn McKay, Ring of Honor has made the decision to indefinitely suspend The Allure, Mandy Leon and Angelina Love.
THE ALLURE SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY FOR VICIOUS ASSAULT ON QUINN MCKAY
The Allure’s Angelina Love and Mandy Leon have been suspended indefinitely and fined for their assault on ROH on-air personality Quinn McKay during the latest episode of “ROH Week By Week,” the YouTube series hosted by McKay.
Leon walked onto the set near the end of the show to confront McKay about her months-long war of words with Love. With McKay focusing her attention on Leon, Love appeared and attacked McKay from behind.
Love proceeded to slam McKay’s head on the desk, toss her over the desk, and slam her head on a steel chair. With McKay nearly unconscious, Love drew The Allure’s logo on her head with lipstick.
McKay suffered multiple contusions as a result of the assault. Ian Riccaboni will fill in as host for next week’s “ROH Week By Week” while McKay recovers.
ROH officials noted that The Allure’s indefinite suspension was levied not only because of their inexcusable conduct, but also to ensure McKay’s safety.
WrestleZone will continue to monitor the story and report any and all updates.
