Rohit Raju is still the IMPACT Wrestling X Division Champion and he has his quick wit to thank.
Incredibly innovate offense by @TheTreyMiguel taking out both @MegaTJP and @DashingChrisBey. #IMPACTonAXSTV pic.twitter.com/nVmQDQGdwV

Raju promised a title shot to whoever prevailed between top contenders Chris Bey, Trey Miguel, and TJP in a triple threat. It wound up being Miguel that won a hard-fought battle to open the episode. However, Raju took advantage of Miguel’s fatigue by starting the title match immediately and pulled Miguel’s trunks to get a quick roll-up win.
It wasn’t good sportsmanship but it’s a win and that’s all that matters to Raju.
