Tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown saw King Corbin going up against Shorty G, and while Corbin came away with a win, it was Shorty G who ended up helping out the King afterwards.
Things ended for Shorty G in the ring once Matt Riddle made his way down to the ring, distracting Corbin. Gulak attempted to roll up Corbin, but it failed, and Corbin quickly hit Shorty G with an End of Days for the win. Following the match, Riddle slid into the ring and began assaulting Corbin. However, in a shocking turn of events, Shorty G grabbed riddle, delivering a nasty suplex to him before exiting the ring with Corbin and gesturing that he wanted the King’s ransom.
