The police report alleges more details against Alberto Del Rio’s arrest for sexual assault.
The police report, obtained by TMZ, says that Del Rio, whose real name is Jose Rodriguez Chucuan, accused the woman of cheating on her. He then allegedly destroyed her cell phone and laptop and tried to burn her passport. The attack started around 10 p.m. on May 3 and continued until 2:30 p.m. the next day.
Other allegations include Del Rio hitting her head and shoving a sock in her mouth. She says she didn’t consent to sexual activity with him and that he sexually assaulted her with several body parts including his penis.
The former WWE Champion is considerably bigger than his accuser. While he stands 240 pounds at 6’4″, she’s only 132 pounds and 5’5″ tall.
