Cody Rhodes was active on Twitter this weekend, as he answered two fans’ Tweets. First, one fan told him that he should have been Mr. Money in the Bank. Rhodes replied that he was supposed to win the briefcase in 2012 but the plans changed at the last minute. (Dolph Ziggler ultimately won the match.) He said the obstacle was a factor in his growth as a person.
2012 was the year I was winning it, and that changed hours before showtime. One of those “unanswered prayers” moments though.
That hardship shaped the prickly psycho I’ve become today ha. Another good memory. https://t.co/nOIDUhMtyK

Then, another fan wrote that Jungle Boy should get more screen time in All Elite Wrestling. Rhodes responded to the fan by agreeing and saying he wants to face Jungle Boy.
Agreed! He’s on a shortlist of guys I hope to get a singles match with this year. https://t.co/4ntYsRPlVp
