Tonight’s episode of SmackDown ended with a contract signing between Roman Reigns and Goldberg for their WWE Universal Championship match at WrestleMania 36, and it was just as tense as fans had imagined. Both superstars came out and quickly got to the item at hand before taking to the microphone.
Goldberg told Reigns that he had been destroying “steel doors” for years with his headbutt, and that when WrestleMania came around, Reigns would be the next victim. Reigns was much less cordial, telling Goldberg that all of the WWE greats have wanted to fight him, but haven’t been able to defeat him yet. Reigns then called Goldberg a “b—-,” and says that he was standing in Reigns’ ring with his belt. Needless to say, this match is going to be brutal, and will feature two of the best superstars in WWE history going all out for the win.
