MJF Claims Cody Bringing On Arn Anderson Shows That He’s ‘Terrified’

Earlier today, Cody announced that family friend Arn Anderson would be joining him during the 2020 season as his “personal advisor and head coach.” While not explicitly stated, AA will likely be enforcing more than a few rules while he accompanies Cody to ringside, and that doesn’t sit well with Maxwell Jacob Friedman.

Quoting Cody’s announcement, MJF says that Cody has “no clue” what to do next and that he’s “terrified” of fighting with him. He then calls Arn a bodyguard “who barely remembers his own name.”

Of course, it’s worth noting that MJF has brought on Wardlow as his own bodyguard/enforcer since betraying Cody. Previous Cody rival Shawn Spears has also brought on a manager, that being Tully Blanchard.

MJF is set to lay out the stipulations for his upcoming bout with Cody this Wednesday on the first AEW Dynamite of 2020, and I’m sure we’ll hear more about this recent development during that statement.
