205 Live is back again this week, after taking a short break last week. Tonight’s episode picks up right where things left off, as Angel Garza takes on Raul Mendoza, Tony Nese takes on Trent Newman, and Lio Rush battles Danny Burch.

Angel Garza defeats Raul Mendoza via pinfall.
Garza and Mendoza went at it to start 205 Live, but it was Garza who was able to come away with a win. Late in the match and after both superstars were knocked out of the ring, Garza was able to land a super kick on Mendoza, which he followed with the wing clipper for the victory.
Tony Nese defeats Trent Newman via pinfall.
This was a fairly fast one, as Nese was able to dominate Newman from the start. Towards the end of the match, Nese threw Newman into the turnbuckles, then hit him with a running knee for the victory.
Lio Rush defeats Danny Burch via disqualification
Lio Rush came away with a victory against Danny Burch, but it came following a disqualification. After Rush and Burch went back-and-forth for some time, it looked as if Rush was going to claim a natural victory, as he knocked down Burch and climbed to the top rope to end things. However, Angel Garza came running down into the ring, and shoved Rush off the rope, forcing the referee to end the match. From there, Garza put Rush in the wing clipper, and then grabbed the NXT Cruiserweight Championship for a moment.
