The namesake of Team Ripley will get to go one-on-one with the woman that betrayed her team at NXT TakeOver: WarGames tomorrow.
WWE announced that a match between Dakota Kai and Rhea Ripley will take place during this week’s episode. During TakeOver: WarGames, Kai betrayed her team after she was selected as a late replacement for the match by attacking her former friend Tegan Nox. After beating up Nox, she then walked out on her team. Last week, she was able to beat Candice LeRae.

Dakota Kai shocked the NXT Universe at NXT TakeOver: WarGames when she betrayed her best friend Tegan Nox and walked out on Team Ripley during the first-ever Women’s WarGames Match.
Tomorrow night on NXT, the turncoat will have to come face-to-face with the captain of the team she left high and dry: Rhea Ripley. The Nightmare stopped Kai’s brutal attack on Candice LeRae last week with a big boot that knocked a steel chair out of Kai’s clutches.
