Philadelphia Street Fight For The AEW Championship: Chris Jericho (c) vs. Darby Allin
Allin dropkicks Jericho as soon as the bell ring. Allin clotheslines Jericho out of the ring. Suicide dive by Allin. Jericho kicks Allin in the gut. Jericho back suplexes Allin. Jericho chops Allin in the corner. Allin fires up and gets a near fall after a sunset flip bomb. Jericho pops to his feet and hits a clothesline. Jericho whips Allin into the ring post. Allin hits the floor clutching at his knee. After the break, Jericho is working Allin over with a kendo stick. Jericho dives off the top but Allin punches Jericho in the gut. Allin hits Jericho with the kendo stick. Allin puts Jericho in an armbar. Jericho reverses it into the Walls of Jericho. Allin gets to the ropes but Jericho sits back and won’t let go. Jericho releasee the hold at the four-count. Allin hits Jericho in the head with the kendo stick. Knee strike by Jericho. Allin kicks out. Jericho pulls a chair from under the ring.
Jericho levels Allin with a chair shot. Jericho wedges the chair in the corner. Jericho tries to lawn dart Allin into the chair. Allin reverses the lawn dart into a stunner. Jericho kicks out. Jericho puts Allin in the Walls of Jericho. Allin makes it to the ropes again. Jericho tapes Allin’s hands behind his back. Jericho tosses Allin around the ring. Allin surprises Jericho with a springboard moonsault. Jericho kicks out. Dropkick by Allin. Jericho falls out of the ring. Allin hits a tope with his hands tied behind his back. Allin sentons off the top, flooring Jericho. Jericho kicks out. Jericho clotheslines Allin. Jericho grabs Allin’s skateboard. Jericho under hook powerbombs Allin on the skateboard for another near fall. Jericho misses a chair shot. Allin dropkicks the chair into Jericho’s face. Allin goes up top for the Coffin Drop. Jake Hager hits the ring and decks Allin. Allin falls off the top. Jericho puts Allin in the Lion Tamer. Allin taps out.
Winner and STILL AEW World Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho!
After the match, the rest of The Inner Circle joins Hager and Jericho in the ring. The Inner Circle celebrates with a little bit of the bubbly.
