Before the Women’s Champions Showcase on WWE RAW this week, WWE RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch had some harsh words for Sasha Banks. Lynch called Banks a fraud and promised to show Banks why she’s the Man. Lynch also pointed out Bayley’s run of success after her team with Banks broke up. The Man challenged Banks to come to the ring but the challenger instead offered some choice words of her own. Lynch offered to fight Banks then and there but Banks said she wouldn’t do anything for free. The champion officially granted Banks a title match at WWE Clash of Champions.
The Women’s Champions Showcase was the main event of the show. In the match, the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nikki Cross & Alexa Bliss took on WWE RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley.

Bayley and Cross began the match as the legal women. A suplex briefly took Cross down and a dropkick through the ropes sent her sprawling again. Banks came to the ring to watch the match (and distract Lynch.) Bliss and Cross took control and Bliss grounded the WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion. Bayley tried to tag Lynch but Cross sent the former sprawling to the outside. The WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions isolated Bayley for the majority of the match but the finally tagged Lynch. The Man cleared house and almost pinned Bliss with a diving legdrop. Banks attacked Lynch and the referee called for the bell. Banks grabbed a chair and attacked Lynch with it. Bayley grabbed the chair from Banks and used it to brutalize Lynch.
