Contract Of Top ROH Star Expiring Soon
PWinsider.com reported on Thursday that Ring of Honor Champion Matt Taven’s current contract with the promotion is scheduled to come to an end at the end of September.
As of this writing, the two sides have not yet come to terms on a new deal.
Jeff Cobb and Rush are in line for a title shot against Taven as they will compete in a tournament that starts at the Death Before Dishonor PPV to set the stage for the challenger to the title at the Final Battle PPV in Baltimore.
TK O’Ryan Suffers Multiple Concussions
Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that TK O’Ryan has been out of action in Ring of Honor due to multiple concussions.
As expected, he’s been having several issues due to his injuries that include depression.
