Shane Taylor made short work of Tracy Williams tonight on ROH Summer Supercard, defending his Ring of Honor World Television Championship in a match that didn’t last too long. Prior to the No DQ match between Rush and Dalton Castle, Williams was attacked by Flip Gordon, who assaulted Williams with a kendo stick and left him injured, forcing the match to be postponed.
When it was finally time for the match, Taylor didn’t pull any punches, quickly attacking Williams and delivering some rough chops and punches to him in the corner. Afterwards, Taylor began to target the injured arm of Williams, delivering a leg drop to it before finishing the match with a Greetings from 216.
