WWE Network is set to air two brand new specials next week. One focuses on an up and coming star in the ring, and one focuses on a retiring ring warrior who’s off to Hollywood for good.
First off, newly minted United States Champion Ricochet will be the focus of the next episode of WWE Chronicle. Set to air right after the EVOLVE anniversary show on Saturday, July 13, the episode will focus on Ricochet winning his first title in the company. WWE Chronicle is a bit more “in character” than WWE 24 or WWE 365, so expect a few glimpses behind the scenes and plenty of hype for Ricochet’s clash with AJ Styles at Extreme Rules.
Speaking of, Batista will be the subject of WWE 24: Batista: Dream Chaser, which airs immediately following RAW this Monday on WWE Network. It chronicles Batista’s last run with WWE and the build-up to his encounter with Triple H at WrestleMania 35.
