KENTA Talks Time On 205 Live: ‘No Good Memories Come To Mind’

KENTA recently spoke to the Japanese wrestling magazine, Weekly Pro Wrestling. Thanks to Post Wrestling, who translated portions of the interview, we know that he discussed his main roster performance on WWE and his future in wrestling.

The former Hideo Itami said that he’ll continue to live in the United States as he didn’t want to uproot his family again. He was disappointed in his stint with WWE, especially when being on the main roster’s cruiserweight division. He said a lack of ring time led to his work suffering. He went on to state that he had “no good memories” of his time on 205 Live.

As for the future, KENTA said he wants to succeed on an international level, which is why he signed with New Japan Pro-Wrestling rather than Pro Wrestling NOAH. He wants to face Tetsuya Naito in the future since he has changed a lot since they last had a match in 2014.
