Like several other WWE superstars, Matt Riddle has competed in MMA. He fought for UFC, Bellator MMA and Titan FC before he transitioned into professional wrestling. Riddle is one of the top stars of NXT but he could return to the MMA scene one day. At the very least, according to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Triple H would be willing to discuss Riddle’s potential resumption of an MMA career.
According to Sapp, Triple H says it’s ultimately up to Riddle. “The question would be, if an offer came, would it be something he’s interested in doing?” said Triple H via Sapp. “Because he’s having the time of this life doing what he’s doing. He might, but I don’t know that he’d want to take a moment out and train differently.”
