Cody w/Brandi Rhodes vs. The Natural Dustin Rhodes
A “Dusty” chant breaks out before Cody and Dustin lock up. Cody single legs Dustin. Cody does a cartwheel followed by the Stardust taunt. Dropdown punch by Cody. Dustin falls to the outside. Suicide dive by Cody. Cody sends Dustin into the ring but Dustin swings around and kicks Cody in the head. Dustin blasts Cody with a flying senton off the apron. Dustin lands 10 punches in the corner. Dustin tries the Dream combo but Cody ducks under the ropes. Cody hops the barricade and walks through the crowd. Cody eventually makes his way back to the ring. Cody distracts the referee as Brandi hits Dustin in the head with a bottle. Cody hits a backbreaker for a near fall. Cody powerslams Dustin. Dustin kicks out.
Dustin uppercuts Cody. Dustin sets Cody up in the corner for shattered dreams. Cody rips off the middle turnbuckle pad. Dustin charges in but Cody trips him into the unprotected turnbuckle. Dustin falls to the outside. Brandi spears Dustin on the outside. The referee ejects Brandi from ringside. Diamond Dallas Page walks down the ramp, picks up Brandi and carries her to the back. Dustin is busted open. Dustin is bleeding bad. Cody kicks Dustin in the head. Dustin seems to be blinded by the blood pouring out of his forehead. Cody stomps Dustin in the corner. Cody hits a curb stomp. Dustin kicks out. Dustin surprises Cody with a snapping powerslam. Cody trips Dustin into the Figure Four. Cody takes off his weight lifting belt. Dustin takes it from him, pulls down Cody’s trunks, and spanks him. Dustin hits a code red. Cody kicks out. Dustin superplexes Cody. Dustin hits a rolling neck breaker. Cody low blows Dustin, hits the disaster kick, and finally hits Cross Rhodes. Dustin kicks out! Dustin hits Cross Rhodes. Cody kicks out. Double clothesline leaves both men down. Cody hits a vertebreaker. Cody picks up Dustin and hits another Cross Rhodes for the win.
Winner- Cody
After the match, Cody grabs a mic and tells Dustin that he doesn’t get to retire her today. Cody tells Dustin he put his name on a contract to face the Young Bucks next month with a partner of his choosing. Cody asks Dustin to be his partner. Cody and Dustin hug.
