Ronda Rousey on WrestleMania Injury: ‘I Need To Get Better at Faking It’

After coming out to Guile’s theme from Street Fighter, Ronda Rousey told Stephen Colbert on last night’s edition of The Late Show that she needed to “get better at faking it.” in reference to her broken hand. Rousey described how she sustained the injury during WrestleMania 35’s main event as well as the moment where she threw a table and stated that they were for bitches. She doesn’t share any further details about her injury or if and when she’ll return to in-ring action.

Ronda Rousey Is Working On 'Faking It'

Ronda appeared on the show to promote her appearance in Mortal Kombat 11, which has been received harshly among gaming critics. Michael Leri over at sister site GameRevolution described her performance as such: “She has the charisma of a chunk of drywall and reads her lines as if she were auditioning for The Room while under light anesthesia.”
