Aleister Black says fear is a powerful tool and it’s in man’s nature to fear what they don’t understand. Black’s opponents try to figure him out but they just end up on the mat with the referee counting to three. In the end, they will all fade to Black.

Jeff is walking with a crutch. Jeff was injured during the attack by Lars Sullivan. Jeff says he needs surgery and is going to be out for a long time. Matt announces that they have to give up the Smackdown Live tag team championships. Jeff says they will be back. Lars Sullivan’s music hits. Sullivan power walks to the ring. Lars beats down Matt. Sullivan drops Matt with the Freak Accident. Jeff gets cornered. R-Truth runs into the ring and hits Sullivan with a chair. Sullivan roars at R-Truth. R-Truth swings the chair again but Sullivan punches it out of R-Truth’s hand. Sullivan hits the Freak Accident and a running powerbomb on R-Truth.
The Smackdown Live men’s MITB participants are Ali, Finn Bálor, Andrade, and Randy Orton.
