While WrestleMania week has become a popular time for independent events, don’t expect to see All Elite Wrestling follow suit. After a fan suggested doing a Spring Break-style show for next year’s event, Cody Rhodes shot the idea down.
“We won’t be doing ‘Mania weekend ever,” said Rhodes. “That belongs to WWE.” This isn’t a new opinion from the All Elite Wrestling Executive Vice President, but it’s worth noting not to expect AEW shows that week in future years.
