Cris Cyborg Details Recent WWE Performance Center Visit, Low Ki vs Tom Lawlor MLW Cage Match Set For Chicago

Cris Cyborg Details Recent WWE Performance Center Visit

Cris Cyborg was a recent guest on MMA Fighting on SBN and opened up about her recent visit to the WWE Peformance Center. Cyborg was giving her testimony at a nearby church when she decided to visit the Performance Center. Although fans have encouraged the UFC star to get in the ring with Ronda Rousey, she has no immediate plans of competing in the WWE and admits that she was only visiting.  She did; however, leave the possibility of a future match with the RAW Women’s Champion on the table.

Low Ki vs Tom Lawlor MLW Cage Match Set For Chicago

Low Ki will have an opportunity to once again compete for the MLW World Heavyweight Championship and this time in a steel cage. Low Ki vs Tom Lawlor has been announced for MLW’s Intimidation Games. The event takes place March 2nd at Cicero Stadium in Chicago, IL.

The following is excerpted from MLW.com:

A 12 year veteran cagefighter, Lawlor looks forward to the cage door locking as he battles Low Ki, who many believe could be at his most dangerous in this dark hour for Promociones Dorado. League officials signed off on the steel cage bout in part due to Promociones Dorado’s reputation for interfering in matches. Can the steel cage keep out LA Park, Ricky Martinez, Hijo de LA Park or Salina de la Renta? League officials are designing a cage to ensure this in fact the case.

Low Ki has insisted on a media blackout since losing the championship at MLW SuperFight and has been reportedly in heavy training in Puerto Rico for the upcoming bout. There are unconfirmed reports that Low Ki has brought in several former opponents of Lawlor’s both from MLW and from the UFC as he looks to decode Lawlor’s fight game and exploit any weaknesses once the two step foot in the ring.

The solid steel cage World Championship bout will be one of two big bouts on the live Intimidation Games broadcast on beIN SPORTS presented by GoDaddy.  Watch this big match live 9pm ET on Saturday night March 2nd from Chicago.

Will Low Ki bounce back and reclaim his gold? Will Tom Lawlor vanquish the most dominant champion in MLW history? Find out live in Chicago March 2nd at Cicero Stadium as MLW presents a live network special INTIMIDATION GAMES presented by GoDaddy for beIN SPORTS.
