In an amazing match, The Hart Foundation captured the MLW World Tag Team Championship belts after defeating the Lucha Brothers. The tandem of Teddy Hart and Davey Boy Smith Jr represented the Foundation with Brian Pillman Jr. on the outside.

The finish saw Davey Boy Smith remove the mask of Pentagon Jr., after which Teddy Hart delivered a doomsday Canadian Destroyer to Fenix for the win.

This is the second MLW Championship for the trio. Teddy Hart is currently the MLW Middleweight Champion.

Following the match, the trio was celebrating with their titles alongside Georgia Smith, Davey Boy’s sister. They would be confronted by MJF, the former Middleweight Champion, and Teddy Hart would taunt him but offer him a shot at the title whenever he wanted.
