After months of build-up following a slew of mind games, Mandy Rose and Naomi finally settled their score on SmackDown Live. Rose has been trying to get into the head of Naomi, targeting her husband Jimmy Uso as a way to destroy their marriage. Naomi wouldn’t fall victim to her plot, attacking Mandy in her hotel room.

With the two scheduled to compete in the Women’s Royal Rumble match, this doubled as a match for momentum with Naomi attacking Rose immediately before the bell rang. Her rage would cost her early with Rose, as she would take advantage in the match. Naomi would eventually recover and mount a comeback, but Sonya Deville would aid Rose. As Sonya distracted Naomi on the ring apron, Rose would toss Naomi into the ring post. With Naomi rendered unconscious, Many would take advantage and win the match handily, adding insult to injury and getting a victory in the process.
